Our tableware is fired at 1150°C and is therefore very heat-resistant. It is therefore also suitable for the dishwasher and microwave (except for products with gold applications). And even oven-proof up to 200°C. Here you will find even more tips for care.

The delivery time via DHL to Switzerland is usually 5-9 working days.
The delivery time via DHL in the rest of Europe is usually 8-12 working days.
The delivery time by DHL to non-EU countries can be delayed by customs procedures, over which we have no influence.

We are responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. It is important that you immediately complain to the shipping company if the packaging shows signs of damage on the outside.

You can return items in unused condition within 14 days (within the
statutory right of withdrawal) and securely packaged, and return it to us.
For the sake of the environment, we do not generally include a return label with deliveries, but will send one to you by email upon request. To do so, simply send us an email to hello@alma-ceramics.com, stating your order number.
